Flood defence work has started near Victoria Bridge.

In regard to the flood defence work on Water Lane by Hol Beck some work has recently finished. I took these photos on December 19 2017. Though the work will presumably contain flood waters in Hol Beck there it looked to me more like it could however greatly impede water from draining away on Water Lane.
A rainbow is a ribbon that Nature puts on when she washes her hair.
