I would not use its services but each to their own.
Some of the services provided by a tattooing parlour on Vicar Lane caught my eye on February 24 2017. Though I would not use its extreme (at least to me) services I have however no problem that others will be happy to do so. Even the words 'scarification' and 'extreme body modification' do though make me wince!
