need help finding missing photo

hi there im looking for a pic that seems to have vanished off the internet im sure someone will have seen it. The pic is sometime in1890s i think and is of stocks hill bramley and it shows workmen sweeping the road any help greatly appreciated

Also curious why it completely vanished was it copyrighted ?

those old folk would turn in their grave if they saw modern bramley and the state of some of the people who walk the streets
