What did people go to this weekend? We had booked for the Parlington Walk but the weather forecast wasn't good .... Fortunately it wasn't as bad as expected and the rain (mainly) held off. Thanks to Brian for an interesting afternoon.

We went to three churches - St John's on Briggate, St Saviour's in Richmond Hill and St Wilfrid's in Halton - all very different but all really interesting, and lots of enthusiastic and friendly people at each to provide information (and homemade cakes!). Also visited the Leeds Library on Commercial Street - really fascinating. It's probably possible to visit some of the places on the list all year round, but having this weekend set aside focuses your attention - and it's great to meet the people involved with them too. Brilliant!
