Big Wheel for Leeds

Just been watching "Look North" and they announced that Leeds was to have its own Big Wheel situated somewhere near the markets, within the next couple of weeks.

I saw that too, but can't find any further details yet.

Wasn't this first proposed about 4 years ago? I thought it was gonna be near the Armouries.

It was on tv that York were losing their wheel but are keepingIt a bit longer.Is it the same wheell?
