While in the centre of Leeds yesterday (Oct 21 2012) I noticed the Inner Ring Road (IRR) was closed for work on the bridge over the IRR at Lovell Road. It was odd to see no traffic in both directions of the IRR. I thought (hope!) it would be of interest so I have added a photo that shows the general scene with two large cranes (the one in the rear was on the other side of the bridge).

A rainbow is a ribbon that Nature puts on when she washes her hair.

This photo is a closer view showing both cranes.
