Harry Potter Man Of Leeds/Roundhay!

Has anyone seen the "Harry Potter" man on his bicycle around Leeds, or was he a figment of my imagination?He seems to frequent the Roundhay area, not sure if he lives around there, but he has small round glasses and looks like a character from a children's story book!He rides a bicycle and has a load of junk usually attached to it or himself.He almost ran me over when I went to see the Roundhay Park fantastic fireworks display, and I recall him shouting something like "bloody pedestrians, bloody vehicles!" whilst meandering around the crowds and everyone was in hysterics.
