Secret Leeds pre xmas pint (or three)

On the 'was it just me? ' thread a few people have expreesed an interest in meet ing up for a pint - so lets see whose interested and suggestions for a date (mon 21st or tues 22nd maybe???) and a venue ( my suggestions - Palace, Grove, Fox and Newt, Town Hall Tavern etc - good ale a must!!)

Manchester based pub, Sam's place...... yes but I think the problem with Sam's place (certainly last time when Secret Leeders were there ) is that its so packed and loud it was impossible to have a converstaion. maybe I'm getting old[whaddya mean - maybe?] but I'd sooner find somewhere where we can have a sit down and a natter....

Sounds good - I vote for the Palace, the Adelphi or the Vic.In Sam's favour, I feel compelled to submit Exhibit A: the battered fish and mushy pea butty. Pure genius, and there's no denying it Simon.dsco
