Mr Foleys wouldn't be good as I know the room and it isn't that private.Likewise Harehills WMC is too far out for me.
I know there is an upstairs room at The Packhorse off Briggate which is OK,likewise Whitelocks top bar is also good. Both however are not near to a car park but are free as far as I know.I have been to meetings in both and they each hold around 20 people.

A curtain separates it from the main part of the pub and through said room is the most direct route to the toilets for more than 50% of the remaining seated area

Hi there Jim, Bet you have never worked in the salubrious Easy Road Working Mens Club And Institute (nicknamed "Spit and Slavver" club) Now that is a venue.!!!!!

Don't know that one j.c,d. but amongst those I have worked are the Robin Hood, White Swan ("Mucky Duck") The Whip, the Golden Cock, the Gaiety, and the Golden Cross. There were many other dubious establishments, but those are the ones that come readily to mind. I also once calculated that I had at one time or another performed at sixty various venues within one and a half miles of the Albion Street/Headrow junction.
