We didn't have cameras back then but there was this lad from I think it was "the pink paper" who took millions of photos regularly. Somewhere the holy grail mother load exists!!! He was a bit like Dennis hopper from apocalypse mow

Would that have been Tony Woolgar? Often saw his pics in the LOP/Northern Star.

As this thread has mentions of music in the Duchess and elsewhere in Leeds I thought this video may be worth mentioning to those who are interested in such things. It is titled 'Music in Leeds Vol 1' and is in the BBC Music website. This is its link http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/clips#p03bv0xv

It is however 65 minutes long and I admit that I have not seen beyond the introduction, so I don't know what is covered in it.
