SecretLeeds - History, culture and architecture in Leeds

Strictly speaking not SL but I was wondering if one of the Ancestry members on SL could do a quick look up for me ? Could somebody please help me to find out some info on my great uncle ? His name was Albert Goldsbrough born 1919 in Sedgefield Co Durham. He was in the Seaforth Highlanders that were captured at St Valery during the Dunkirk retreat in 1940. A relative seems to think that Albert spent the rest of the war as a prisoner somewhere in Poland and mentioned that Ancestry have a section for prisoners of war from 1939-45. Any info on Albert would be greatly appreciated as the sketchy details mentioned are all that we know about him.Thanks for reading.Regards.

Have never used that section, so not sure if there are any quirks in searching it, but putting Albert's name in gave a "not found" verdict

I tried Alberts name on genes under ww2 pow and it also returned zilch.
