I've done the same over the past few months but found nothing. As far as I am aware, Jack lived in Gloucestershire but I don't know where, in order to check local newspapers, etc. He has used a few 'usernames' over the years and I don't know what his latest one was. I noticed that j.c.d. last posted in January 2016, so maybe that was not his last username. Maybe Admin. can help.
