SecretLeeds - History, culture and architecture in Leeds

Have looked around here to see when the Punchbowl on Town Street Beeston closed with no success, guess it must have been mid 1970s as I remember Eric Carlisle who was the Leeds United supporters club secretary bringing in the F.A. Cup in 1972 and it stood on the bar all night, I recall after much passing it around it was left in the Pub overnight and taken back on the following morning.
Trolling through the Pub threads I just can't find the closing date of this fine establishment.

Ps. Hope it did not shut before then otherwise Nurse will be getting me a bed by the window.

tried to open your pm and my lap top went crazy,mcfee went to red came out and have not been able to access s/leeds until today + have been on holls,if you come to leeds again we will have to meet up.
