At last Temple Newsam lakes are getting a dredging at long last.

That's an interesting photo Tyke. I wonder when the lakes were last dredged? The following is a link to information I found about the dredging work:-

so that's where the Somerset money for dredging went....

It should be nice when its done and hopefully it will attract in some of the local wild life. A Sacred Ibis was on Skelton Lake a couple of years ago and it would be nice if it could be attracted to the lakes.
