Did anyone see Levi Roots' "Caribbean Cooking Made Easy" on the telly the other night? He was in Leeds cooking for the Leeds Caribbean Cricket Club and their visitors. Anyone know the pitch where they were filming?

They had a black painted wooden club house with their name painted over the door. I think they were playing New Farnley? They had an interesting tea - egg and cress sandwiches with Scotch Bonnet chillies in them! The wicket keeper probably had to be careful when crouching behind the stumps to avoid the follow-on!

The hill would overlook the lower Meanwood valley looking across towards Woodhouse/Hyde Park and Little London. With the Parkinson tower and many of the new student residencies down to Merrion House and beyond visible on or just over the crest of the other side of the valley
