The council having a clue is a rumour that has persisted for years, although there is little if any evidence to support that claim.

Nelson Mandela was given the Freedom of Liverpool, by Leeds City Council. Just to annoy them as he's a Man Utd supporter..LOL!

I heard a myth that you could post a question on here and not get a bus timetable mentioned, but I don't believe it !
