Anyone know if a map or list exists showing all the old packhorse trails in leeds before most of the roads existed?I know a couple of local onesFarnley - off green lanehttp://

Interesting, I never knew of the existence of these. I'd like to know if anyone has any more information too.

I'm given to believe that the (now) bridleway from near the Greyhound at Tong up to Fulneck an old packhorse route?Keeper Lane, I think???Plus, the other side of Tong Lane has a semi-flagged surface heading towards Cockersdale

I noticed the other day there is what looks like a packhorse route over Hunger Hills Horsforth. You can see it if you use the footpath from Lee Lane West -- it's where the path over the hill through the woods starts.
