As we talk about this a fair bit, you might be interested to know that FixMyTransport.com has been launched to post problems with public transport. It's a new project from Mysociety, who also run FixMyStreet.com and they've collected every public transport route in the country. Whether First take an interest remains to be seen but at least we've got somewhere to vent now.
