What bus company liveries are these?

While browsing round Google Street View I came across two views that each had a different bus company livery, but I don't what company. I would be grateful if someone could provide information. Thanks. The attached screen grab shows a green bus in a view stated "Image date June 2012" though the Google copyright is 2013. The bus image is a bit distorted.

This is a screen grab of a red/white double decker bus in front of Queens Hotel. The view is dated "Image date 2008" but the Google copyright year is 2013. The rear view of the single decker bus will be a First Bus.It's odd how Google Street View has such differing image taken dates in areas next to each other!

The red and white bus looks like an old livery Harrogate and District service 770.I'm unsure if the 770 actually ran around City Square (the 770 runs via York Road), but it's possible this bus was being pressed into use on the 36 service.

I think this has been mentioned before - if I'm right it's a private service that runs betwixt the city center and 'Aire Valley Park' at Stourton to ferry staff back band forth, due to the office park being deliberately planned with limited parking to 'encourage the use of public transport'...

Yes the green bus is on the Leeds Valley Park shuttle and probably operated by Rollinson Safeway who seem to have a branded coach running alternate journeys, given layups at th Bishopgate bus stop in the morning rush hour. A slight disagreement with Davey though, in that from anecdotal evidence I have seen the lack of parking may have been deliberate but only because building regulations for new office space now insist on it even if public transport is pretty much out of the question.I agree too on the Red/White bus being Harrogate livery. I believe the 36s were sent for refurbishment about 18 months ago and that resulted in several Transdev liveries being seen on the 36 route

Just to confirm the answers given above.The decker is indeed Harrogate and district and was working the 36 service, its a livery that was, at that time, still in use in and around Harrogate and the bus had been pressed into service on the 36 route due to the dedicated vehicles going through a referbishment programme.The single decker is the one that is dedicated to the Leeds Valley Park contract, it is actually owned and operated by White Rose travel who are based in a lock up yard off Jack lane next to the gasometers at the rear of Crown Point.

Cheers BIG N It's surprising just how many different bus liveries can be seen in Leeds (no doubt the same elsewhere). Sometimes just a colour (or not readily seen name) such as the yellow bus (I may have never seen more than one at the same time, so there may be only 1 yellow bus!). Somewhat related I was amused yesterday to hear someone refer to the old 'red bus station on Vicar Lane'. That description will of course die out of use as fewer of us remain that ever used that bus station. Mind you, they may find the North Bar stone there before that eventually happens!

The yellow buses in Leeds are, I'm ashamed to say, a little bit of a mystery to me Leodian.Elsewhere in West Yorkshire the are operated by major operators like First bus Etc but I'm not sure who operates them in Leeds.What I can tell you is there is certainly more than one of them in existance and that they live in a yard at Wortley opposite what was the old Co-Op dairy, close to where the Smithes arms used to stand.Next time I'm in Leeds I'll try and get a look at the operators address on one but as I've changed jobs and address I don't often get into Leeds these days
