When on Scott Hall Road around 13:00ish yesterday an all white double decker bus passed. It had First bus labels and did not look like it was a new nor an old bus. The route number on the back was R65. I did not notice if the bus had passengers or not. I don't recall seeing a white First bus before.

It is indeed a Rossett School bus. The bus may have been recently repainted (even tho it's probably an old one, occasionally they do repaint them for the sake of maintenence) and the First logos would be the first thing to go on.
