A wonderful clip - and when you walk along Boar Lane today, although the "line" is the same, the mind boggles at the local and World events that have taken place since. Just for one sobering thought - many of the folks in the scene will have later taken part in WW1 and will never have returned to Leeds, or if they did their lives and those of their kinfolk will have been changed for ever. I know, 'cos I am a descendent of one of the latter.
There's nothing like keeping the past alive - it makes us relieved to reflect that any bad times have gone, and happy to relive all the joyful and fascinating experiences of our own and other folks' earlier days.

Fantastic! It's noticable how people crossing the tramlines (either on foot, or with a horse and cart) seem totally oblivious of the oncoming tram!

Interstingly there are electric trams and also a steam tram
there are 10 types of people in the world. Those that understand ternary, those that don't and those that think this a joke about the binary system.
