Shouldn't Granary Wharf be our Salford Quays?

Wasn't sure where to put this.I was just thinking to myself, as I'm bored at work, why don't we have anything like Salford Quays down at Granary Wharf? We should have some attractions and watersports down there in my honest opinion. It really does seem to be a neglected resource. Parking at Clarence Dock and a free ticket for a riverbus may even boost trade down there as well. What do others think?

Think the size of Granary Wharf may limit its expansion to some extent, its tiny compared to Salford Quays
Is this the end of the story ...or the beginning of a legend?

I thought that was what clarence dock was?The area from Granary Wharfe to Clarence Dock and the South Bank is the 'Riverside Area (I bet they wanted to call it Quarter) and is meant to have some sort of cohesive development plan.
