3rd time lucky! Amazing to see how the square has moved over the years. The Black Prince in 1953 was right in the middle, now he is stood on the edge of the square.

Ooh. OOH! The best picture yet of the two ladies on the parapet. The one on the left looks like she's holding a lyre so perhaps they represented the arts or summat.I bet they're in that underground passage under t' Civic'all.

Just a thought, could the workings of the fountains that now reside in City Square be housed in these old Bogs?? Pumps, Pipes and the like have to be put somewhere!!
