Mystery development - where is this?

Apologies if already posted...This photo was added to the "Can you help" section of Leodis recently.http://goo.gl/fm0biPSomething about the area looks familiar to me but I just can't place it. It's really irritating me now. Has anyone any idea of the location?

The building on the left in the Google Street View brought up through this link http://goo.gl/maps/RmyVW is apparently 23 Robin Lane so this may be the view you mean. The view can be moved around as needed.

Yes this is pretty much where I meant. Not sure the evidence is conclusive though !
