Found an old tin of badges, some Leeds related, here's the first one, I'll add others as and when I can.When was the campaign to save the Playhouse when the Poly/Uni site was going to close?

The Leeds Playhouse was ocupying the other half the building to the Uni Sports centre. The Sports Centre wanted the whole building.It's now used as a conference centre.

Here's one of my donated pix of the old Playhouse. The head in the bottom left corner is my old nieghbour Alan Waller RIP. Taken in 1985 on our way to The Fenton.http://www.leodis.net/display.aspx?reso ... SPLAY=FULL

The garlic and cheese bread at Strawberry Fields next door was excellent tho'.
