If this the one in Bramley then many many years ago when folks got behind with their rent payments they would wait until it got dark, pack up all their belongings and "Flit by Moonlight" which were words for moving quickly away always at night.

So someone composed a lovely jazz tune "Moonlighting in Vermont" certainly not the Landlord.

Whilst on a quick visit to Leeds last week we were driving down Tong Road towards Leeds and
on the right hand side somewhere past the "White Lion" pub there was a sign painted on one of
the side streets .It looked like "CROCKS" but as we were in a line of heavy traffic we could not turn around. I have to return to Leeds in two weeks so will have another look. I am not much
good at taking pictures.

Hi Jack if its the one im thinking of it for Crockets Cleaners there seems to be two signs merged together.
No matter were i end my days im an Hunslet lad with Hunslet ways.

Hello tilly we will be up to my "Most Favorite Town"next week and will have another look.

On seein it i immediately thought of the Dry Cleaners but the sign lookked to small
