On my travels around Leeds i keep bumping into this old chap 'Monacle the mutineer' He seems to frequent underneath bridges mainly around student land but not exclusively. I'd be gratefull if any secret Leedsers spot the fella & would let me know the location so i can capture him before he's painted out! Cheers!
