I've been meaning to put this one up for a while. The county council has been abolished for 23 years this month, but still has a little place by the post office on Yeadon High Street.

I worked for WYMCC until March 31st 1986 when I then transferred to Leeds City Council when it was abolished because of that woman in Downing St.

Need a hand, rangie? I found yesterday that the picture posting thing doesn't work with Firefox but does with Opera (I'm on a Mac). I'm going to report it to Duncan but if you need a hand you can mail me the photo, or point to where it is elsewhere.

Thanks simon but it's not that! it seems my laptop has done something strange to my pics album! It shows the thumbs are there but won't display the actual pic! I'm having a tinker and i'll try again later!!
