What about this one? I vaguely remember there was a tannery in this area so probably that's what this refers to. It's at Whingate Junction and can be seen on building behind the wool shop

'Belt Up? Hope that's not a strong hint Carrotol! Best wait till I've posted 'A long drink of cocoa', next!I quote this extract from 'A History of Cafes & Restaurants in Leeds',By Donald Tate. (Published in July 198;"1888 was the year of the cocoa house.Lockharts,Leedscentral C.H.Leeds Public CH,and Alfred Stevens, all owned more that one establishment in the City Centre. Lockhart's were, perhaps the biggest and between 1880 and the 1930's they owned seven cocoa houses, four in Briggate alone. The Leed Public C.H.Companyowned one in Lady Lane, one in Boar Lane (known later as The Golden Fleece which was later Fairburns White Horse Restaurant),and the third in Lower Briggate known as The Golden Cup,this being situated above what is now(WAS!)Watson Cairns, and where the words 'Cocoa House' can still be seen, in paint, on the roof! "I tried to get a pic of that one a couple of weeks ago but there was too much shadow on that roof section and the words weren't readable on printout. You need the sun behind you and to take itfrom up higher. I should Co-Co!OK Carrotol I'm 'Belting Up' now!CheersArry Awk

there are 10 types of people in the world. Those that understand ternary, those that don't and those that think this a joke about the binary system.

Further to above this is from the superb TVCream website (tv.cream.org - full of nostalgia for us 'baby-boomers'!)LARKSPUR LEMONADE (1970s)Lemonade delivered by the milkman every morning, Larkspur Lemonade marked your local dairies attempt to compete with the huge supermarket conglomerates such as Grandways. Coming in a 1 litre glass bottle with ribbed sides (for her pleasure) but a smooth unopenable top, the grimacing polar bear on the label proclaimed that the sublime liquid contained 'a billion bubbles a bottle'. Nothing could have been further from the truth after it had sat on your doorstep since 4.00am and frozen solid on any given morning during the winter of 1976.
