What about the western end of Park Lane? Seen on a building at http://goo.gl/maps/pIRn8 but not anywhere else as far as I know.

Brunel has posted on page 1 a photo of what was part of Bank Street (off Boar Lane) that is now part of the Trinity Leeds Project. The photo I have added here is one that I took on January 30 2012 of what remans of Bank Street at its top end where it joined Commercial Street. Bank Street itself has though not been a through road since I think during the 1960's.

The street was a cul de sac from directly behind the George up to Sandford Road, parallel with Beecroft Street.
