Yes indeed - in those days the circular slip road on the island ws shared by the number 14 trams to Half Mile Lane and the West Riding buses to Rorhwell (eighteen) and Kettlethorpe (ten, now 110). The slip road was later filled in (as now) and West Riding built a new little bus station in York Street - after closure of that and transfer of those routes into the Central Bus Station premises were built which were until recently an Autoglass workshop. Isn't history fascinating ??, and all those things seem like centuries ago now.

SPLAY=FULL Seem to remember that was one clock which was always eight and used by the Bus Drivers - should I ask if they used this to make sure they were always either early or late (sorry Blakey and all!)
