Passing by on Tile Lane on September 7 2024 I noticed a sign has replaced that which was there and that on the sign it states some homes are approaching completion. I have however elsewhere found that home sales have now commenced. On looking at some related websites it seems there will no vehicle access off Tile Lane and all such access will be off East Moor Lane (or Eastmoor Lane depending where you look). There will however be a Woodland Walk' path (that will be short!) off Tile Lane and a footpath off Sir George Martin Drive. On the sign it states "Offices will occupy the converted swimming pool building". I was however unable to readily find what has happened to the old chapel. The attached photo shows the new sign. The black screen blocking good views from Tile Lane is still there.

Is this the end of the story ...or the beginning of a legend?

Thanks for that link buffaloskinner :).

Through a link in that I found this about the old chapel "The Nave comprises the beautiful former Chapel building providing two unique 3 bedroom homes. Upstairs provides three double bedrooms and two bathrooms in this gem which benefits from great energy performance".
