SecretLeeds - History, culture and architecture in Leeds

Does anyone know about the history of this ruined building on the public footpath between The Beulah public house and Green lane?

A picture of the front of the building, I'm guessing it was two dwellings as you can see two front doors, it was built before 1847 as its in the map above.
