Signs of old works on Templar Street car park

The first two photos are some that I took on February 3 2015 at the Templar Street car park that show some remains of premises behind but not attached to Templar House. The white fronted bricks caught my eye. On looking at a 1902 insurance map (this is the link to that http://www.bl.uk/onlinegallery/onlineex ... 49015.html) I found that the site is where 'Lister and Co. Hair Works' was and possibly the 'Cask store and stable' noted on the map. The second photo is a close-up of what I wonder might have been a cellar area that may have been filled in at some time leaving just the bit at the top that now has litter in it. Note the metal object that has a flat top. I wonder if the object was to do with what went on at the site or was it just a support structure? The third photo (also taken on Feb 3 2015) is from Lady Lane and shows Templar House with Lady Lane car park to its left. The white bricks there might be remains of Thorne & Co Cocoa Works but are probably not part of Lister & Co.
I wonder if anyone knows anything more about Lister & Co site or at least has, or knows where they are, photos taken shortly before whatever buildings were there that were demolished to become the car park? I did find a couple of very old photos of Lister and Co in the Leodis website but, though interesting, they did not help me.
