Hi,Took these back in July 05 before the horrible fence went up around the magnificent building, hope you enjoy, any comments most welcome.CheersGaelicPS, has anyone ever managed to take any photo's inside this building, I understand the columns are supposed to be stunning.just realised I don't know how to add photo's ! can some one help please

Alledgedly, these are the buildings that had grass and sheep on them when they were first built! Can't remember the exact date or who comminsioned them now!

Some great info on those links thanks for that Tabbycat, would really love to be able to get inside especially now I know there's cellars ! underneath. I wonder who is responsible for the building ?Gaelic

Hello all,The phot's are great. I work in offices near Temple Mill, whenever I walk past it I am strangly drawn to it. Its a beautiful building and I am always intrigued to what it is like inside. I'd love to have a look round it.

Here's a picture of the original - the hypostyle hall of the temple of Horus at Edfu.It was built during the Ptolemaic period (construction took place from 237b.c. to52b.c. apparently) and so is very late by ancient Egyptian standards - one of the last major temples to be built.

Reality own Kays catologues which is just round the corner on sweet street, behind the commercial.

This would be a great place to open for the September heritage day.. There was a gig in there a couple of months ago. Something channel four had on telly.. Whats the chances of getting this open up do you think Munki?
