In the 70s we use to go to a café a few doors down from the grand theatre, it was on 2 floors, you had to go up 8/10 steps to get to the counter on the left, it was L sharped with bench seatsWhat was it name?Thanks in Advance

This is so frustrating as I'd forgotten all about the place but knew it well and used it often when it was in business. I seem to recall that it was spotlessly clean, reasonable and staffed by polite people. Hope someone can put us out of our misery, but I too feel that "Blue Lagoon" was not the name.
