On searching the internet it seems Yorkshire Hennebique was a contractor/agent or used it under licence from Francois Hennebique. They were based at Viaduct Works, Kirstall Roadhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fran%C3%A7ois_HennebiquePhoto courtesy of

Didn't Yorkshire Hennebique have a largish site at Stourton east of Cameron Iron between Pontefract Road and the railway?

Hennibuque used to have a concrete batching plant on Royds Lane at the bottom of the Lane which led up to Farnley Sheds circa 1960-64 . Roughly where the Makro is situated now .Brian

I remember Yorkshire Hennebique. From my days at the Cat dealer. IIRC they were renowned bad payers! I believe they built the cooling towers at Fiddlers Ferry Power Station at Widnes in the sixties.
