What a fascinating couple of films. All the more so for being filmed when they were. OK, some might say this is a snapshot from the eyes of an academic, but it has an inherent ring of truth about it. The prescience of the commentator is remarkable.

Thank you for the link. Nuttgens was an intelligent and thoughtful person, who loved Leeds attempts to keep its architecture and not demolish everything.
