In case any readers think that this record is a myth. I do have a cassette copy of it, that a trader kindly lent me, but the quality is very poor.

Hi Roger. Who recorded it? Is it a song or a poem?

Can anyone find this recording on You Tube and post it for us to see/hear? I've never heard of it.

In view of its topic I would suggest that it must surely have been recorded by a Leeds (or very locally) based singer.
