Here's a comprehensive diagram of the campus layout, which building is this tunnel in, or near to?

The grange Entrance to basement is outside between building j - t So as you enter from the back of the building is in the right hand corner of the house , below the old servants stairs . Bronte basement is also intresting with paper clippings of the SuicideĀ of the old butler on the wall also used as storage for dead people whilst the whole of the campus was used as a hospital during the war . No tunnels tho

This the place?Once part of Kirkstall Abbey property. The New Grange was built by Benjamin Wade in 1626. The Wade family stayed there until 1834, when it was bought by the Beckett family and renamed the estate Kirkstall Grange. In 1908, it was sold to Leeds Council who opened a college on the site. Now part of Leeds Metropolitan University.

It's built on the site of the monastic farm.As an aside, you can still see the old field strips in the park.

The butler was in love with the lady of the house and jumped of the top level of the mass stair case and fell to his death He is meant to haunt it
