I've never known such a fragile, and poorly maintained website or forum like this one to be honest The site crashes for days on end frequently. I noticed not one post was made yesterday before it went off line, I'm not sure if that was problems with the site not working properly as well.

It went off line on Tuesday afternoon. Does it fall under the remit of LCC.

You never appreciate what you've got until it has gone + apart from my Rates, I am enjoying the use of this resource for £zero

I noticed there were no posts yesterday and I've had that dreaded yellow message all morning today.

I see that clicking on the Celebrate Leeds 2007 still brings up the Japanese website. The text in the webpage brought up is though not without passing interest using a free direct online translation service (I have the Bing one). As far as I'm aware the website has nothing nasty, but I don't know if that is the case with the many links in the website.

You never appreciate what you've got until it has gone + apart from my Rates, I am enjoying the use of this resource for £zero It startd playing up on Tuesday as Geoffb says, started with being unable to 'quote' with the error message coming up but like pictures, the message did load and could be seen after refreshing the browser. That was followed by a refusal tro post leaving the site 'read only' (which was why nobody appeared to be posting) and then, away it went. This happens mow and again and seems to be down to the base framework programme used to build the site I understand (not really, but this platform does have a poor rep!) - we did hope for a rebuild some time ago but seemingly funding was absent.Alerted the Admin guys who got the techs onto it as soon as pos and we are back again - not ideal but better than nothing which is the alternative. It came back up this afternoon and look as though you were all sat waiting almost

After that I was able to browse the site without logging on but I gradually cottoned on that nothing seemed to be happening. On Wednesday I decided to try to post something, anything just to prove that I had not become Charlton Heston in the Omega Man.My attempt to log on was unsuccessful. I got an error message saying that there was no disk space. Wish I had cut and pasted the beggar now.Would it be possible for the technical guys to let us know what the problem was?
