SecretLeeds - History, culture and architecture in Leeds

Anyone know what this building in Middleton park is? Its just down from the Rose Gardens towards the main entrance. Sort of on the edge of park and golf course. Its about 8m x 8m but only say 1.2-1.4m high. It has a hefty lock on the door so there's definitely something insideSpeaking to my dad about it and he thinks the land nearby for the golf course had been land fill site before been covered so it could be something to do with that or perhaps some sort of pumping station for the golf course?Any help would be muchos appreciated. My dad has always wanted to know!!!
