Im annoyed yet again more old leeds is going, the old stone slabs on the path outside st james have been removed and nice great fab black tarmac in its place, just great eh,

No doubt the slabs will be for sale soon in some builders yard or be part of someones patio, yes it's very sad.

yes its nothing short of pure vandalism a good friend of mine used to work at a builders yard down hunslet and he told me that most yorky stone from the leeds area is now on proud display down south apparently they love our stone but hate our guts lol
