I'll get a picture tonight and try and get it on here tomorrowAnyway, here's my favourite strange / unusual house. It's in Bramley on Lower Town Street and dates from the 1600's.The pic is from Leodis and shows the building as it used to be, now the houses lower down have been demolished and this is the only one left standing amongst some terribly desgined 2/3 storey houses / flats It's amazing that place is still standing, FB! Great pic and thanks, as it brought back more memories of my youth. Does it have a preservation order on it, that it's not been demolished? Hi people... this is my house now... Ive been living here for the last 11 years and I still love walking into it everyday.

I seem to remember the people living there in the 70's sold antiques and bric-a-brac(or summat!). Surroundings have changed a bit since the first old foto was taken. The Snowdens' can just be seen thru the jungle! House has changed hardly at all apart from a boarded upwindow! Hi and thanks for the post. This is actually my house now... Ive been living here for the past 11 years. I still love it... I still get a nice warm feeling everytime I walk through my front door. The house is full of character and love. And its hasn't changed at all.. the window was only boarded up because some little scallys has smashed it that week... I is now all fully fixed x
