Those orbs are nothing paronormal at all. It's only dust. I have hundreds of the things. They usually get deleted as very poor photographs I used camera flash for. Flash photography is something I only resort to when my patience has been severely tested Like on this occasion. My feet were numb with cold beyond belief in this place. I reckon this is just about the best case of a coloured dust orb you can get.

The most common dust orb on this one. There certainly was no ghosts in this place!

There's all sorts of factors why these 'orbs ' show up on some pictures. minute particles of dust on the camera sensor only show up on certain camera settings too. Mostly it's dust in the air.

Actually Phil looking at your "orb" photo, I recognise the cinema. In Wakefield isn't it?In which case you are wrong, it does have a ghost.one of he mini cinemas had a ghost which appeared to "dance2 across in front of the screen (i forget which one, might have been screen two). people used to complain about thidiot spoiling the view only to find out it was a ghost.never established whether it was male or female or why it happened.I agree thats a dust particle though<G>.
Steve JonesI don't know everything, I just like to give that impression!

BAH i agree with you wholeheartedly matey!its dust nothing more nothing less, dust! just dust!
There are only 10 types of people in the world -those who understand binary, and those that don't.

Well the A.B.C never spooked me in total darkness. There is only place managed to frighten the living daylights out of me and that was Gildersome tunnel. You get these dust particles any where. Culverts, tunnels anywhere you use flash. There a photographers nightmare & a spiritualists dream. It all depends on what side of the fence you sit on doesn't it?

The spectre in the photo is not smoke nor our own breath, otherwise you would have seen it in more thann just the two photos, all of the images taken outssiide displayed nothing of the ordinary other thann the two i showed on here. On another photo i have inside the church, there are more orbs, not particals displayed, only there are some smmaler ones that are red in colour, now why would there be red dust particals, especially when they'd show up bright white with a flash in a dark church.I have seen Derek Acorah live at York a couple of years backk and I'll have you know that he was very interesting and I don't believe for one second that what he does is fake, especially when he still attracts massive crowds and audiences today. What I say is some of you should plauck up the courage to go out to these places at night and then you may just come out with a different conclusion!Does my head in when people say dust dust dust, especially when I have done lessons on photography myself and learnt near enough everything there is to know. The last i knew scott, u was doing a animal course/vet thing at college, im very interested in which *lessons* taught you EVERYTHING about photography....even attenborough has no clue about all the ins n outs of it, althought hes a damn good nature photographer, even phill d is still in the learning of things, even thought he has stunning pics, your pics show a amateur at best, pointing your camera at nothing, which is a waste of power supply lol....and for your info, dust isnt white....the colours caught comes form white light which is then reflected back into the light sensor on your camera..therefore create a prism like effect gaining some colours, shake a blanket in the dark, and turn the flash on your camera, then take the pic, OOOH ORBS! oh, why would derek have been sacked from most haunted if he wasnt fake??? people will flock to see ANYBODY that has been on tv, have a look on the net, google, alltheweb, wikipedia...same answers about his fakery, possesions, mainly a personality disorder. maybe he has adhd, aspergers.... Yeah, I do do a FdSc in Animal Health and Welfare, FYI one of the lessons which we do is Personal Professional Development (PPD), in which we get to choose topics on which interest us annd could also be beneficial to us in our future. One of them topics happens to be Wildlife Photography, so if you were interested in what lessons I actually do in college, there you go, just named one. Other lessons include:Herpetology - MONDAYS 9am to 10:30amAnimal Nutrition - MONDAYS 11am to 12:30pmGenetics & Animal Behaviour - MONDAYS 1pm to 2:30pmWelfare and Law - TUESDAYS 9am to 10:30amWork Based Learning - TUESDAYS 10:30am to 11:30amPPD as mentioned - TUESDAYS 1pm to 3pmApplied Animal Health TUESDAYS 3pm to 4:30pmCompanion Animal Behaviour TUESDAYS 4:30pm to 6pmwe also do tutoorials too on a tuesdayThanks for showing interest... would you like the canteen menu displaying too?
