As I said,we didn't staylong among the Wellclose bugs! and we had more steps thanyou could shake a stick at (Daft saying!), when we flittedto the Rosebanks! Have you seen my postings on there?Sorry for the double posting. It doesn't seem to 'Send' at the first so I zap it again! Hence two for one!CheersArry

Bloomin 'eck JC! have you got a direct link to the site?Hadn't finish typing when ure reply came up! First film I remember vaguely was 'Peg of Old Drury' with Anna Neagle. that was at the RIALTO cinema on Briggatewhere Marks and Sparks shop is now!Another film which I have mentioned before, was 'Sanders of the River' with Paul Robeson the then famous singer (Basso Profundo!)Brilliant deep voice he had. Can't remember the other stars in itSaw that film at the Plaza on Wellington Rd. It's mentioned in previous 'cinema' threads with some great snaps! You were right about going round in concentric circles on this site!Dunno which to click on next!Tarra for nowArry

Arry 'arry I think you are doing very well for a "silver surfer". It took me a couple of attempts to post my first pic on here and my colleagues consider me to be a techie

there are 10 types of people in the world. Those that understand ternary, those that don't and those that think this a joke about the binary system.

Does anyone remember the Palace cinema at junction of Dewsbury Road and Meadow Lane. I went to the Saturday kids matinee for 6d. I can't find any photos or record of its existence.
