If the council or police moan, look at all these people on here you have to stick up for you, im sure every single member would stand next to you and say what you are doing is good for everyone in leeds Nice one mate.. Well I certainly don't have a death wish... There's plenty of places i wouldn't venture.. It's just a pity you can't get any co operation from building owners & authorities to document these places. There is A HUGE appetite to see these places, i get inundated by messages. It really is staggering the feedback you get. Sadly this enthusiasm isn't showed by the very people who could let you go look round, capture and document these places legitimately.

Sadly this enthusiasm isn't showed by the very people who could let you go look round, capture and document these places legitimately. It's an attitude I can't understand. as AAMOF is the attitude that lets a beautiful building such as the York Road library get into a state like that. On the video it looks like 2 cleaners for 2 days could make a 98% improvement. Say £500 including materials which will have to be spent anyway, to preserve a £1,000,000 building. (Figures estimated).Words fail me.
We wanted to make Leeds a better place for the future - but we're losing it. The tide is going out beneath our feet.

i saw the pictures in the YEP too. they were fab, and i hope they're not the last project for youi also enjoyed looking at the wakey abc ones...absolutely pmsl at the 'police are involved' in the news article comment though. the police are not going to be the slightest bit interested. fwiw trespass is a civil matter, and if the owners of the building are that bothered, they should tin it up better shouldn't they?

thanks there Kieren.. Glad you liked it.. The A.B.C thing caused quite a stir..One day the hits on that blog went through the roof.. It was the 8th highest read blog on myspace beating many pop stars.. It had links added to it from all over the world i later found out No i hope it won't be the last project we do. I'm currently trying to do something similar in Leeds but as usual the powers that be are been completely unhelpful..

I love to see the pictures of the insides of these old buildings, and the insight we get that most people will never see. Yeah you can!! when i first started i was worried about taking pictures over railway bridges in case people thought i was either gonna throw stuff at the trains or jump off you get used to it.. Get out there & have a go is what i say.
