Excellent, interestingly there is a basement in the building, the stairs to which are accessable from the street, away from the entrance there are some pretty big storage areas that go pretty deep under the road, will have an investigate when I get a torch.

From 1872 Whites directory : G Dawson & Co, woolen manufacturers.Whites directory 1861: Mary Philomine, sister of charity, (school)In Kellys 1893 directory there is no no 4 listed, but there is a 3A, which is occupied by Baines' (William) Sons, woollen cloth manufacturers
