I have noticed that year after year it starts to become a little 'samey' It's great of course that public can get to see buildings not usually open to them. But after a while it seems to be the same places years after year, and very little new, or different places to churches and libraries appears!I think some fresh ideas are needed for next year definitely. It's been the samey for a few years now Phill. We used to do a couple every year so we'd have something different to go to the next year.
Sit thissen dahn an' tell us abaht it.

You missed a really good event, even though I say it myself, the weather aided the whole thing and everyone said they had a good time, concluded with a cooling glass of beer at the Arabian Horse. If anyone has any photos from the event I would love to see them, as I was doing all the talking I had no chance to do any photos. Also I was heavily bogged down with a mobile viewing platform attached to my tripod and a haversack full of old photos, from the 1860's on!RegardsBrian
