"the words p m t and dripping have put me right off me supper "Professional Music Technology. Must be an american company, as they call it PMS over there and don't find PMT even remotely funny.The veranda thing is sort of opposite the observatory/flares or whatever it's called now.

in that pic it's attached to the bit that the old inland revenue building comes out of, above and to the left of the Observatory dome.

That's the new Royal Exchange House which replaced the older stone building. Revenue were a minor occupier having a few floors some years ago - been gone some time.

Ah ok, i think i might have gone for an interview there once with the IR so probably just figured they had most of the building.
